InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio
1. Definitions
“InfectedMonkz”, “we”, “our”, or “the Studio” refers to InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio and any affiliated artists or authorised locations operating under the InfectedMonkz brand.
“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual booking a consultation, tattoo session, or any related service.
2. Booking & Service Agreement
All consultations, tattoo sessions, and related services are provided by InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio.
By booking an appointment with us, you enter into a service agreement directly with InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio for the duration of your consultation and/or tattoo sitting.
All clients are required to complete and sign a consent form and studio agreement upon arrival at the premises before any service is carried out.
3. Deposits & Payments
• A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you fail to attend your appointment, all deposits and payments made (including gift vouchers) will be forfeited.
• Full balance must be paid on the day of the appointment.
• We accept cash, card, and approved online payments.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in loss of deposit.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. Liability
InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio maintains strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with UK health regulations.
The Studio cannot be held responsible for:
• Improper aftercare followed by the client
• Allergic reactions not disclosed prior to treatment
• Medical conditions not disclosed before the appointment
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information prior to treatment.
6. Age Restrictions
All clients must be 18 years or older. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
In accordance with UK data protection regulations, personal information provided to the Studio will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.
We will only discuss booking details with the named client.
8. Changes to Terms
InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By booking with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by the current Terms & Conditions.
