Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInfectedMonkz\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, or \u201cthe Studio\u201d refers to InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio and any affiliated artists or authorised locations operating under the InfectedMonkz brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cClient\u201d, \u201cyou\u201d, or \u201cyour\u201d refers to the individual booking a consultation, tattoo session, or any related service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Booking &amp; Service Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All consultations, tattoo sessions, and related services are provided by InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By booking an appointment with us, you enter into a service agreement directly with InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio for the duration of your consultation and\/or tattoo sitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients are required to complete and sign a consent form and studio agreement upon arrival at the premises before any service is carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Deposits &amp; Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.<br>\u2022 Deposits are non-refundable.<br>\u2022 If you fail to attend your appointment, all deposits and payments made (including gift vouchers) will be forfeited.<br>\u2022 Full balance must be paid on the day of the appointment.<br>\u2022 We accept cash, card, and approved online payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A minimum of 24 hours\u2019 notice is required to reschedule an appointment.<br>\u2022 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in loss of deposit.<br>\u2022 Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>InfectedMonkz Tattoo Studio maintains strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with UK health regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Studio cannot be held responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Improper aftercare followed by the client<br>\u2022 Allergic reactions not disclosed prior to treatment<br>\u2022 Medical conditions not disclosed before the appointment<br>\u2022 Circumstances beyond our reasonable control<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information prior to treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Age Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients must be 18 years or older. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Data Protection &amp; Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with UK data protection regulations, personal information provided to the Studio will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will only discuss booking details with the named client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
